PLACE WHERE THE DATA ARE PROCESSED AND STORAGE PERIOD

Any processing connected with the web services of this website occurs at the aforementioned premises of the controller and is processed only by authorized personnel, or by third party suppliers in charge of occasional maintenance who are responsible for the data processing according to article 28 of the GDPR. Each type of data collected shall be stored exclusively during the period that is required to fulfil the purposes indicated in the summary information specifications displayed in the pages of the website and prepared for special services.

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

Navigation data

The computer systems and the software procedures operating the website acquire some personal data that are implicitly transmitted when Internet communication protocols are being used.
Such information is not collected to be associated with identified stakeholders. It may, however, lead to the identification of the users via processing of and association with third-party data.
This type of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users connected to the website, the addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response received from the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and environment.
These data are used exclusively for deriving anonymous statistical information concerning the use of the website and for checking it is working properly. The data are deleted immediately after they have been processed. The data may also be used to assess liability in case of cyber crimes against the website.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary transmission of personal data by the user through the subscription forms in this website entails the acquisition of the data provided by the sender, which are necessary for providing the requested service. Upon request, summary information specifications shall be progressively reported or displayed on the website pages intended for special services.

Anonymous or aggregated data

The anonymisation is configured as a treatment intended to prevent the identification of the person concerned. The data that have been anonymised do not fall within the scope of the data protection legislation. We collect, process and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for different purposes. Aggregated data may derive from personal data provided by the user. They are not, however, deemed personal data since they do not allow identifying the person concerned, neither directly nor indirectly. The data shall also be used to improve the quality of our existing products/services, to develop new features and to fulfil general research purposes (for example, to verify how often a product/service is used; to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific feature of the website etc.). Since such data do not allow identifying a natural person and are not deemed personal, they shall be shared with additional third parties, controlled, subsidiaries or partners.
