The FTF system is composed by a light power cable with a dedicated connector and a 30 cm length, single use, sterile optical fiber, belonging to the subfamily “PT”.
Their diameter can be 200, 300, 400 and 600 microns and can be radial or linear depending on the model. Each fiber is delivered sterile closed in a double bag to allow its use in an antiseptic environment. The sterile fiber is connected to the reusable power cable immediately prior to treatment. After the procedure, only the single-use fiber is discarded.
These fibers are used mainly in Plastic/Aesthetic Medicine.
